Writing ministry
I write mostly about the intersection of faith and everyday life, especially the hard stuff - loss, loneliness, discouragement, fear. But I also write about the lighthearted side - trying to overcome the CHAOS ("can't have anyone over syndrome") in my home, keeping up with my two children, figuring out how to be the domestic engineer that I want to be but find myself so far from the ideal. I guest blog as frequently as I can, and have just finished a two-year position as the "Words of Strength" monthly devotional writer for the webzine Glory and Strength. I also write professionally about teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. Here are links to:
